Erin K. Anderson is a Montana-based yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, writer, and author whose work sits at the intersection of embodiment, movement, sexuality, pleasure, love, communication, and social change.

At first glance, yoga, somatics, sex, love, writing, and cultural critique can look like separate subjects. Erin sees them as different doors into the same room: relationship. How do we inhabit ourselves? How do we listen? How do we communicate? How do we tell the truth? How do we build relationships that are more honest, consensual, connected, and alive?

Erin's teaching brings attention to sensation, movement, breath, rest, pleasure, boundaries, and the body's own intelligence. Yoga is not treated simply as exercise or self-optimization, but as a practice of attention and relationship.

Erin is the author of The Wild Truth, a book that extends these questions into embodiment, intimacy, identity, desire, love, and truth.

Erin's work is rooted in Montana and extends through classes, workshops, collaborations, writing, and conversations with communities and organizations.

The body is where the conversation begins. What we do with what we notice is where the work continues.
