INTRODUCTION

Erin Kay Anderson is a Montana-based yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, writer, and author of The Wild Truth. Her work explores the relationship between the body, movement, sexuality, pleasure, love, and the systems that shape how we relate to ourselves and one another.

PRACTICE

Through yoga, somatics, myofascial release, writing, teaching, and conversation, Erin creates spaces for people to move beyond performance and productivity and into deeper relationship with themselves and each other.

PHILOSOPHY

The work begins with the body—not as a problem to solve, perfect, discipline, or optimize, but as a place to listen. Erin's approach asks what becomes possible when embodiment, pleasure, rest, boundaries, desire, and connection are treated as essential parts of a life rather than rewards for productivity.

CLOSING

Yoga is one doorway into a much larger conversation: how we inhabit our bodies, how we tell the truth, and how we learn to relate to one another with more honesty and care.
